Is the calculator price a final installed price?
It’s an instant estimate based on the Premier pricing matrices and selected options. Final pricing can depend on track choice, clearances, and site conditions, so we confirm everything before taking an order.
What measurements do I need?
Start with opening width and opening height (mm). For track feasibility we may also need headroom, sideroom and backroom. See the measuring guide for a quick checklist.
Why does the price change when I pick “Any RAL”?
Bespoke RAL finishes are priced differently than standard colours. In the calculator this is represented as a different pricing row for the same size band and style.
Can I add windows or glazing?
Yes — you can estimate window quantities and (where applicable) select glazed styles. We’ll confirm the final panel arrangement and glazing suitability during the technical check.
Do I need a technical survey?
If your opening is out of square, you have low headroom, internal obstructions, or you’re unsure about track choice, a survey is strongly recommended. It helps confirm the best spring system and avoids surprises on installation day.
