Warranty Information

Every garage door we sell is covered by a manufacturer warranty. This page explains how that cover works, where you will find the exact terms for your door, and what to do if something is wrong after delivery.

Manufacturer warranty cover

The doors we supply are made by Garador and Wisniowski, two established garage door manufacturers, and each door is backed by its manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer rather than by us, and the exact terms depend on the manufacturer, the door type and the specification you choose. That applies across our full range: up and over, side hinged, sectional and roller doors.

Wisniowski side hinged doors: 5 year warranty

Wisniowski side hinged garage doors carry a 5 year manufacturer warranty. If you are comparing side hinged options, you can see the full range on our side hinged doors page.

Other Garador and Wisniowski warranties

Warranty periods for other doors are set by the manufacturer and vary by product. Rather than publish a single figure that may not match the door you configure, we confirm the warranty that applies to your exact door in your written quote, before you commit to anything. Your written quote also confirms the exact price, the VAT breakdown, the delivery cost and the current lead time, and we usually send it the same working day. If you would like the warranty details for a particular door before you request a quote, just ask and we will check with the manufacturer's documentation for you.

Your statutory rights

The manufacturer warranty is in addition to your legal rights, not a replacement for them. Nothing in a manufacturer warranty affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For the full picture of how we handle orders, see our terms and conditions.

Installation and looking after your door

We do not fit doors through this website. Your door is delivered to you, and we recommend professional installation by a competent fitter. The manufacturers supply installation guides with the door, and you can read more on our installation guide page. Keep the documentation that arrives with your door, as it sets out the manufacturer's warranty terms and any care instructions.

What to do if something is wrong

If your door arrives damaged, develops a fault or is not as described, contact us as soon as you can:

Please include your order details (your name and your quote or order reference) along with clear photos of the issue. Photos help us and the manufacturer understand the problem quickly, so we can confirm the next steps for you without unnecessary back and forth. You can also reach us through our contact page.
